When will my figures ship?
Shipping timelines depend on how many tiers we unlock during this campaign.
Wave 1 (Hanuman, Vaali, and the Hanuman Accessory Pack) is estimated to ship by October 2025. However, stock is limited. If we anticipate order quantities exceeding our initial stock, we will place another production order immediately this month. Since everything is already prepared at the factory, additional production shouldn’t take long.
Wave 2 base figures (Rama, Lakshmana, Prince Rama, and Prince Lakshmana) are currently in the middle of the production cycle. Backers should receive them around January 2026.
Additional figures in Wave 2 (like Sugriva, Meghnad, Ravana, and the Ravana Enraged Accessory Pack) will ship later(around March 2026 to May 2026) depending on when they are unlocked and how quickly we can move them into production. If we hit the stretch goals, we’ll immediately advance these into production as well.
Even if we do not hit the stretch goals, these figures will still be produced, but delivery would remain scheduled for March or May 2026.
We’ll keep all backers updated with detailed timelines as we progress. Our priority is delivering high-quality figures safely to you.

How many figures are included in each pack?
Each reward tier includes one figure, packed in a collector box with accessories and a mini-comic. For example, Sugriva shown in images front and back is a single figure, not two separate figures.
The only reward tiers that include multiple figures are the All-In options.
If you’d like multiple figures, you can: Choose them as Add-Ons during checkout.
Or, if you’d like additional figures along with an All-In pledge, please select the All-In as your primary reward and then add extra figures as Add-Ons.
If you’re interested in Test Shots, please select them as your primary reward and add any other items as Add-Ons afterward. Test Shots are limited to just 10 pieces each of Hanuman and Vaali, and we’d love for more fans to have the chance to own them.

Will these figures be available in stores later?
Right now, Kickstarter backers get the best prices and earliest access. We may explore retail or online store availability in the future, but prices will likely be higher and quantities limited.
Some exclusive items and early-bird deals may never be available again outside Kickstarter.

Will I be able to buy Add-Ons later?
Yes! After the campaign, we’ll use a pledge manager where you can choose extra figures, accessories, or upgrades. However, some items may be Kickstarter exclusives and might not be available afterward.

Are these figures limited edition?
Yes. Production numbers will be determined based on the number of Kickstarter backers plus a small overrun for potential future sales. These are not mass-market toys. They’re collector-grade figures produced in smaller quantities.

Where do you ship?
We aim to ship worldwide. For U.S. and global backers, we’re working with third-party fulfillment partners experienced in safely delivering collectibles. For India, we’re coordinating with local partners like Nerd Arena (pending final agreements). Shipping costs will be calculated closer to fulfillment to ensure the best and safest rates for each country.

If I order items with different delivery dates, will I have to pay shipping multiple times? Or will I have to wait for everything to come in before you ship?
If your pledge includes items scheduled for different delivery waves, we’ll give you two options during the pledge manager:

Ship waves separately as each becomes available. You’ll receive your figures sooner. Separate shipping fees may apply for each wave.

Hold your items and ship everything together once all items are ready. This may save you on shipping costs. You’d receive all your items in one single shipment at the later wave’s delivery date.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
